An immersive journey through sound and space
October 22nd · 7:00–8:30pm
Omni Theater, Science Museum of Minnesota
$75 · sliding scale and group rates available
Join me for a sound bath unlike anything I've offered before. For 90 minutes, crystal bowls, gongs, and chimes will move through the Omni Theater while its full dome above you shows a journey through the stars — planets, constellations, and the quiet vastness of space, wrapped completely around the room.
Sound healing uses vibration and tone to support your nervous system in shifting out of fight-or-flight and into rest. Most people describe it as the deep relaxation. No experience with sound baths is needed — you're welcome exactly as you are, ready to lie back and let it happen.
What to expect
Doors open shortly before 7:00pm so you have time to settle in. You'll lie back (mats and the theater's reclined seating provide support) as the sound bath begins, moving through tones paired with the visual journey overhead. We'll close around 8:30pm.
What to bring
Comfortable clothing you can relax in, a blanket or extra layer if you tend to run cold, and a bottle of water.
On cost
I never want price to be the reason someone misses out on rest. If the ticket price is a stretch, please reach out — sliding scale and group rates are genuinely available, no questions asked.
I can't wait to share this space with you.
I am committed to accessibility and believe healing spaces should be available to all. If you would like to help make this offering more accessible, you can purchase a sound bath for someone who may not be able to attend due to financial barriers. This option allows you to contribute a spot that will be offered to a participant seeking financial accessibility.
