Sound Bath : Momentum and Expansion
Attend a calming, restorative sound bath designed to support momentum, clarity, and gentle expansion.
This session offers space to reconnect with your direction, build supportive energy, and move forward in a way that feels aligned and sustainable.
During this guided sound bath, you’ll be invited to rest comfortably while being immersed in soothing, resonant sounds from instruments such as crystal singing bowls and gentle chimes. The experience is created with intention to support deep relaxation while also fostering a sense of clarity, focus, and forward movement—helping you reconnect with what feels meaningful and energizing.
You do not need any prior meditation experience. There is nothing you need to do or achieve—simply arrive, get comfortable, and allow the sound to support your body and mind as you settle, recalibrate, and gently reconnect with your path.
This Momentum & Expansion Sound Bath is ideal for anyone seeking:
renewed clarity and direction
a grounded sense of forward movement
support in reconnecting with motivation or purpose
a balanced way to build energy without overwhelm
Space is limited to maintain a quiet, supportive environment.
This is a wellness and educational experience and is not a substitute for mental health treatment.

Please note: My pricing reflects my training, experience, and the care I bring to each session. As a social worker, I am committed to accessibility and believe healing spaces should be available to all—if cost is a barrier, please feel free to reach out to discuss financial accessibility options.
What to know:
Please wear comfortable clothing. There are yoga mats and bolsters available, but feel free to bring your own blanket, pillow, eye mask, or anything else to support your comfort.
There will be optional space for quiet reflection or journaling, so you’re welcome to bring a journal if that feels supportive.
Although no physical activity is required, it can be helpful to bring a bottle of water to hydrate after the sound bath.
